Manager, Advanced Analytics and Business Insights, Cross Border Solutions – Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
Job Description:
You have experience setting up analytics and reporting infrastructure from scratch, partnering with business leads to define requirements and drive actionable insights
You enable fast decision making across the organization by aggregating, analyzing & synthesizing data from multiple sources
You have supported business review cadences to summarize past performance, develop key insights, opportunities, and recommendations
You have a proven track record of storytelling through data to influence business strategy, gain stakeholder buy-in and drive outcomes
You understand the local ecommerce landscape and the last-mile delivery space. You are constantly looking for ways to set us apart from the competition and are passionate about retail tech.

Job Requirement:
Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth
Working closely with our Product, Data Science, Data Analytics, Design & cross functional operational teams to execute strategic initiatives
Providing structured insights and analysis logically synthesized from qualitative and quantitative inputs
Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas
Solving the next generation retail problems via state-of-the-art solutions and defining monetization strategies
Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying business gaps/opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years’
experience in data analytics or related field.
Bachelor’s degree, degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Applied Math, Computer Science, etc.)
4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics at consumer technology companies or relevant experience in Consulting or Strategy & Operations
Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and scripting languages (for example: Google Cloud Services, BigQuery, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)
Highly organized, self-starter, experienced in program managing complex initiatives across stakeholders (business, tech, and marketing) to manage timelines and deliver results. Conveys a sense of urgency to motivate others and achieve goals.
Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
Experience creating strategic frameworks, conducting strategic planning exercises, and driving large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
Utilize data, insights & analytics, conduct market research, and generate insights to build a compelling narrative for partners
Preferred:
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics
The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
