Job Responsibilities:
Provide insights and recommendations on tools that assist in identifying defects.
Deliver root cause analysis and recommended solution(s) to eliminate defect(s) that exist within the enterprise.
Partner with four in the box teams to incorporate solutions within roadmaps.
Assist in prioritization of initiatives that solve customer and associate defects with highest impact to lost sales opportunity and engagement. Develops gap analysis to support prioritization efforts
Delivers expected functional area results through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis, loss elimination, and reduce process variation. Assists with the review and response of process improvement projects.
Manage project execution of top losses in the functional area and assists in building the capability for resolution.
Supports the business with projects, associate engagement, and measurable improvements within process area.
Leads savings projects within area of responsibility by taking loss out of the process.
Promotes and supports company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s degree program currently
Expected graduation date between December 2023-August 2024
