Job Description:

The Helpdesk Internship is a great opportunity for students of last year’s studies interested in developing in the field of technical support. If you know one of the languages: German, French, Swedish or Spanish and want to gain experience in the field of technical support, we cordially invite you to apply and join our team!

͏Job Requirements:

Fluent communication and writing skills in English and one any of the following languages- German, Swedish, French or Dutch.
Student of last year of studies.
Education in IT field is preferable but not a must.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.
Flexibility within work in shifts as per business requirement

Your role after joining:

To provide 1st line technical support, answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web in specific languages and English.
Analysts will use Cloud Telephony channel with dual Citrix setup for required client environment access.
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Identifying the trend of calls / tickets and highlighting it to L2 / TL as applicable for outage confirmation
Creating child tickets and tagging them with problem ticket. Callback the user and confirm resolution (wherever applicable)
