Corporate Development & Transaction Services(CDTS) Analyst – Canada
Job Description:
Prepares the financial models for new outsourcing and consulting arrangements. Supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition. Uses accounting principles to prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards. Additional responsibilities include:
Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases
Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity
Identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal
Applying the agreed upon pricing methodologies
Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models
After your first year in CDTS, you will be eligible for join Accenture’s Finance Development Program where you have the opportunity to gain new experiences by rotating into our CDTS due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration teams as well as other finance roles.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance OR Other Business-Related major with a minimum of 9 credit hours of accounting
