Job Description:
Responsible for receiving or searching for billing invoice, verifying the relevance of the collection, launching in SAP, monitoring approval, forwarding for payment and payment confirmation;
You can carry out the process manually or using the area’s automation tools;
Responsible for generating follow-up reports and supervision of other team members;
Interaction with other areas of the Project, Customer and Supplier areas.
Qualifications:
Desirable Complete higher education or studying, in areas (Accounting Sciences, Finance, Administration and the like);
Advanced Office Package;
Advanced SAP.
