Business Requirement Analysis
Job Description:
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
1:Engage with stakeholders across the business and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
2: Work with agile scrum teams across the locations,including collaborating with development teams and other BAs to drive and ensure quality delivery
3:Extract and analyze large datasets from legacy and strategic applications across both Risk and Finance
Technical Experience :
1: At least 3 years of exp working as a Business analysis in the Financial sector,preferably with familiarity of Finance or Risk Data
2: Solid grounding in SQL and the ability to analyze large complex data sets,experience working with Big data platforms such as Hadoop would be beneficial
3:Understanding of working in an agile development environment -Scrum/Kanban
