Operations Support Analyst
Job Description:
Support the Community Workforce Initiatives- assisting with the internship/ apprenticeship program
Provide Cross-center Sub/K and ASM data collection and clean-up as needed
Liase with additional internal teams for data collection and reporting
Assist with Quarterly Awards, Cross functional Leadership Meeting, and Account Showcases
Provide Communication functions and ad-hoc duties as necessary
Qualifications
4 Year Degree of Business-Related Field
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerBI
Preferred
Are known for your attention to details and organizational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Project, Word)
Are resourceful and intellectually curious
Enjoy working in teams
Excellent communication skills with Leadership Team
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Experience with any of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, financial reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
