Maintenance analyst – Brazil
Job Description:
Will act in the management of activities in the area of Maintenance and works with:
Conducting field surveys;
Operational Management of Facilities Contracts, maintenance and building works in general;
Management of Work Orders in the system;
Management of systemic records of assets, equipment, etc.
Opening and Monitoring, together with service providers, of Service Orders for emergency care;
Participation in meetings with suppliers;
Monitoring performance indicators of contracts and processes;
Preparation of Notifications;
Reporting;
Qualifications
Education (complete or attending) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or Administration Engineering.
Technical training in Civil, Electrical and/or Mechanical areas;
Communication skills, proactive, critical analysis;
Knowledge of Excel and other Office suite tools;
Intermediate level English
Knowledge of dashboards and power BI
