CL 8/ 9/10 – Compensation and Benefits:
On paper people management experience is must for cl 8 & 9, for cl 10 few have few IC role.
Client management, stake holder management is mandate.
We are looking for someone who has experience into international Compensation, Benefits, HR Operation etc.
Candidate who has basic understanding related to employee query management.
CL 11/12 – Compensation and Benefits:
The role specialized for Comp and Ben query management via chat and email hence we need resources with excellent communication skills.
Skills Requirement –
Any candidate with International exp into HR (WFA /Payroll / Comp/ Benefit / TA / Onboarding / any HR Ops) with Excellent communication skills (Training will be provided).
Years of experience – Minimum 1 to 14 Years.
