In the role of Administration Support Trainee, you will be afforded the opportunity to achieve a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business and gain on the job skill building and experience including:

Job Description:
Document management and processing (photocopying, scanning, filing etc.)
Working within in a team environment
Ability to adapt to an everchanging environment/role
Be competent with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel
Data entry- uploading documents, understanding version control
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Quality control and attention to detail
Communicating with clients, suppliers and team members via email and phone
Managing the office’s bookable resources, including cars and meeting rooms.
Qualifications:
Positive “can-do” attitude and strong customer service skills
A keen eye for detail
Eager to learn through on-the-job experience and tertiary study
Enthusiastic and driven
Good computer literacy with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous.
