2023 Reliability Maintenance Engineering Graduate- Australia
In this role you will be providing both a reactive and pro-active maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure within the Fulfilment Centre (FC). The role has a direct impact on the site, it’s productivity and operational success. If equipment is not available or performs badly it minimizes the capacity and throughput of the site.
Job responsibilities
Exposure to developing and delivering Preventive Maintenance programs
Exposure to installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all FC systems including power distribution, automated material handling equipment, conveyance, packaging machines, labelling machines, HVAC and other operational equipment.
Exposure to installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting any of the following: relay logic, ladder diagrams, controls components, sensors & scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, sorters and encoders
Exposure to working on PLC’s and PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic, components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet)
To act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to promote safe working across the site
Exposure to repairing and maintaining Bus Systems for example profibus, asibus
To develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organisation
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks under high pressure
Qualification:
Currently in your final semester or have already completed within the last 24 months, an undergraduate or postgraduate university degree/qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical majors) or similar technical discipline
An interest in hands-on experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mind set with proactive issue resolution
You are able to demonstrate curiosity and pro-activity
Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload
Any previous work experience (related or unrelated)

2023 Graduate Brand Analyst – Australia
In this role, you will influence building and executing joint business plans with your Vendor, and collaborating with them to explore innovative merchandising, operational, and selection improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical, account management and/or vendor management skills. They should be able to deliver on commitments, manage workflows in a fast-paced work environment and actively participate in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualification:
– You must be in the final year or have completed your university studies within the past 24 months of applying of a relevant university undergraduate or postgraduate degree. *This is from the time you complete your final unit or subject, not 24 months from your graduation date.
– You must have Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency at the time you submit your application.
Please note: To be eligible for the 2024 Graduate Brand Analyst role you must be able commence the program in October/ November 2023 having completed your studies.
Prefer
Prior experience in Retail, Consulting or Finance, managing multiple stakeholders or working in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau) is beneficial but not essential. Having strong account or client relationship management skills is also desired.

WHS Graduate Apprentice – Europe
During your journey, you will go through a training itinerary of ˜500 hours, which includes the Module C (24 hours) to obtain the certification of RSPP (Responsible of Prevention and Protection Service according to the Legislative Degree 81/08) as well as a complementary on the job training, for developing your technical skills and competencies, which will enable you to improve occupational health and safety conditions at our workplaces. You will learn planning, prioritization and you will develop analytical skills as well as communication and teamwork competencies. Throughout the program you will receive the support of a mentor to advance successfully in all these areas.
At the end of the program, you will have obtained 2 years of work experience, but above all you, will have acquired the necessary competencies to fulfill a health and safety specialist position in our team.
You can access our apprenticeship program if:
• You are between 18 and 29 years old,
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Security and Safety field such as you have a Bachelor’s Degree and you have obtained some certifications in the Security and Safety domain.
• You speak Italian fluently and demonstrate good communication skills (written and oral),
• English level B2
• You have the ability to understand and follow verbal or written technical instructions,
• You have motivation and practical approach,
• You want to acquire a commitment to learn, develop and get involved,
• You have proven knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel,
• You are a proactive person and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills
• You like to work in a team and easily build relationships with others.
Preferred
• You possess experience of Lean, 5S, Kaizen methodologies,
• Qualifications of experience of environmentally conscious initiatives
• Minimum professional experience in industry or logistics environments
