AIML – Site Reliability Engineer, ML Platform & Technology – Singapore
Job Description:
Monitor production, staging and development environments for a myriad of services in an agile and dynamic organization.
Employ metrics for data driven solutions for reliability, performance and service insights
Design, implement, and extend automation tools for monitoring, logging, ML and data processing pipelines
Strive to improve the stability, security, efficiency and scalability of production systems by applying software engineering practices.

Battery Materials Characterization Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Acquire, analyze, and interpret data using in-situ/ex-situ Raman microscopy/mapping for structural characterization and chemical analysis.
Optimize acquisition parameters and develop new methods.
Identify and define the proper characterization techniques for submitted samples and implement focused characterization projects using Raman and other characterization techniques to drive root-cause analysis and a deep material understanding.
Collaborate with other departments, including production and R&D to collaborate on projects involving process-property (materials)-performance relationships.
Adhere to best-of-class lab practices: maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment, ensure sample piece location is controlled, follow all lab safety regulations.
Qualification:
B.S. and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
Ph.D. in chemistry, materials science, or related field (Raman techniques as a part of graduate-level studies) preferred.
Deep knowledge of batteries, battery materials, and their characterization by Raman and other relevant structural analysis techniques
Hands-on experience in Raman and other materials analysis techniques (including XRD, SEM/EDS, XPS and FTIR)
Demonstrated track record of applying Raman and other characterization techniques to solve critical problems in battery material development and/or identification of battery degradation mechanisms.

We are looking to hire 10 UAE Nationals to undertake our Apple Apprenticeship Program; this is a 12 month entry-level initiative starting in June 2024.
The program is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a structured curriculum and mentoring to support personal development.
