Technical Specialist – India
Job Description:
As a Technical Specialist, you help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support — developing strong, positive relationships with Apple.
When a customer needs assistance, you quickly assess their situation. Sometimes you take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot, using your knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone and iPad devices.
At other times, you refer customers to support team members who get them up and running again.
You even provide personal training for new customers, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started on photo, video and music projects.

Software Development Engineer in Test – IS&T – India
Job Description:
In this role, you will be involved in quality engineering for critical customer facing applications , work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be directly responsible for:
The quality of Apple’s products, including consistent functionality, performance, and stability.
Understanding new and existing feature implementations in order to craft informed, robust testing charters.
Authoring test scenarios, scripts, and plans.
Executing functional, performance, and stability testing.
Write and review automation test scripts.
Identifying and reporting defects, inclusive of first-level root cause analysis and consistent steps to reproduce.
Championing quality efforts beyond test execution, including collaborating with test automation engineering teams, product management teams, and engineering program teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of automation framework architecture, design and development
Strong hands-on engineering Experience working with Java, Python, Swift or any other OO languages
Expertise in QE processes, tools and metrics

Database Engineer – Ad Platforms – USA
We are looking for Database Engineer candidates who will contribute to architecture and design solutions for multiple database technologies including Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL —both on-premises and in AWS, and will provide exceptional support for fast-paced, sophisticated distributed database production and non-production environments supporting OLTP and OLAP systems.
Qualification:
3 or more years of industry experience designing, managing, and supporting production databases at scale
2+ years supporting Oracle databases

Experience in handling architectural & design considerations such as performance, scalability and availability

WiFi Quality Engineer – USA
Job Description:
You will join a dynamic quality assurance team, responsible for functional and performance validation of WiFi (and other Wireless technologies) features on iOS, TVOS & other exciting products.
You will be delivering a detailed connectivity user experience to our customers.
Job responsibilities include crafting of test strategies using various test methodologies, building test setups, automating test framework and test plans to ensure the best quality in WiFi connectivity for an exciting product line.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in 802.11 protocols and/or Bluetooth
1-2 years of experience in SQA methodologies and practices
Experience in developing test strategies and executing it with automation or manual testing
Experience with scripting and automation – python preferred
Experience in utilizing tools, including Wireless and Bluetooth packet sniffers and network protocol analyzers, to help resolve, root cause and provide debugging information to engineering teams.
