We are looking for astute, energetic graduates to work across a number of AppleCare Departments undertaking 3 rotations during a 23 month period.
Service & Support Operations Graduate Program – Cork, Ireland
The Various departments you will work in may include
Product Repair and Service management, Customer support, Service Channel Management, Materials and Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Data Analytics, Engineering & Quality. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across a highly matrixed organisation .
Graduates of Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce/ Business, Digital Humanities & Information Technology, Supply chain, Data Analytics or any similar business disciplines are of particular interest.

Qualifications
Minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in BIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Digital Humanities & Information Technology, Supply chain, Data Analytics or other similar qualification.
Will have achieved a 2:1 or higher overall grade in undergraduate degree program.
Highly motivated self-starter with consistent record of delivering results through team work.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Superb communication skills both verbal & written
Be able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, pressurised & highly information sensitive environment
Good problem-solving skills
