Global Sourcing and Supply Management (New Grad) – China
Job Description:
Support GSSM Team in managing supply chain and manufacturing sites, including but not limited to demand supply planning, capacity validation, material readiness, factory readiness, production management, etc.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity
Report and present project status to different levels of management
Apply critical thinking to streamline existing demand supply management processes
Support cost analysis and negotiations
Qualification:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a track record of outstanding academic achievements
Curious – excited about understanding and solving problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding analytical capabilities
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Effective written and verbal English skills
Comfortable analyzing data in Excel. Python or other coding ability is a plus but not required.
