Apple’s IS&T team is looking for a passionate Software Developer in Test Engineer to contribute to design, analysis and certification of our applications. The role would also involve interacting with multi-functional engineering and product teams to test features, perform root cause analysis, and drive the quality of customer’s experience.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be involved in quality engineering for critical customer facing applications, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be directly responsible for:

– Understanding new and existing feature implementations.

– Authoring test scenarios, scripts, and plans.

– Executing various tests, including but not limited to UI, functional, performance, stability testing etc. as per requirements.

Billing Analyst, AppleCare Finance – India

As a Billing Analyst in AppleCare Finance organization, you will take ownership of end-to-end AppleCare billing process from compiling transactions by billing period and partner account to creating invoices and sending invoices to AppleCare partners. You will be responsible for supporting partner billing, solve billing issues, and implementing/ accommodating new billing processes.

Job Description:

– Be the billing point of contact for all the AppleCare billing related items

– Compute amount owed by partner based on billing rule unique per partner

– Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies

– Maintain and update billing tables, rules and process documentation

Job Description:

Areas of expertise within Manufacturing Design include:

Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE)

– Handle selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products.

– Utilize Mechanical Engineering experience and work cross functionally with Product Design Engineering and Industrial Design

Product Cost Analyst – US

You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation of all component costs for the creation of finished goods purchase orders (POs). You will partner with multiple Global Supply Managers, Business Operations Team members, and Contract Manufacturers to consolidate the finished good costs each month.

This role offers both internal and external exposure along with the opportunity to learn the products from the ground-up. This position will require a highly organized individual who can problem solve, balancing multiple deliverables while building strong working relationships with numerous teams.
