Project Engineer – Engineered Solution – India

Job Description:

To act as main coordination link between Factory, Supplier & Atlas Copco Customer Centres. He/she will be single point contact between above parties.

He/she shall be single point responsible person to ensure order booking is done on time

To manage orders, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical   requirements.

To co-ordinate with the production and customer

To plan all orders in orderbook & manage invoices

To keep management well informed on the high-level risks.

Maintain detailed project files and applicable records & Project Management System software.

Follow-up with supplier & factory for manufacturing status.

Provide the monthly progress status in the customer/ AC format to the customer.

Qualification:

University degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical / Electrical or Instrumentation)

Fluent in English

Sound knowledge and experience on Screw & centrifugal compressors.

Good Command (Verbal & Written) of English is must.

Able to read & understand P&ID, GA, Layouts, Installation, System architecture etc.

Able to work under pressure & plan & organize effectively with the right sense of urgency

Able to work on multiple projects by giving due importance to each project

Strong interpersonal communication

Good Knowledge of ERP systems/SAP

Within the engineering team you will contribute to execute

Qualification:

Commissioning Support Engineer – United States

Job Description:

Join Atlas Copco as a Commissioning Support Engineer where you will technically assist and coordinate all required resources to achieve the overall startup of compressors/equipment from commissioning conception to commercial handover.

You will also provide product support and project management in the commissioning of centrifugal compressors.

As part of the Technical Support Team, you will report to the Commissioning Manager and work with other Aftermarket teams including Field Service, Engineered Solutions, and Aftermarket Parts. This is a hybrid position located in Voorheesville,

Qualification:

You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or have at least 5 years of experience with centrifugal compressor commissioning.

You can oversee a commissioning support project from inquiry to completion.

Job Description:

Place, process, and monitor all purchase orders to internal and external vendors

Monitor EDI orders to vendors to ensure proper transmission correcting any orders in error status.

Coordinate and track container imports with our global factories

Work with our customs brokers to ensure proper documentation and clearance of all imports.

Process internal plant to plant transfers

Process demo request from sales team.

Qualification:
