Sales Support/Trainee – United States (Texas)
Job Description:
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities that derive from the web lead generator.
Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers and distributors, as needed.
Respond to inquiries of Stock Balance, Pricing and Availability of both parts and capital equipment.
Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits, B9s, Tax credits, and Technical issues.
Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell product at point of delivery.
Provide parts proposals to customers upon arrival or based on fleet.
Assist regional management as a liaison between customers and sales representatives, and assisting Sales and management with routine and special requests and projects.
Qualification:
Recent college graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
