Sales Application Engineer – USA
Job Description:
To provide customers and the sales team with answers regarding all sales related inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. Support the sales team with C4C order entry.
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities that derive from the web lead generator.
Support Key Accounts with Open Orders for Air Tools.
Update customers on the status of their orders.
Work closely with the equipment coordinator to ensure the orders are accurate and in order.
Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers and distributors, as needed.
Respond to inquiries of Stock Balance, Pricing and Availability of both parts and capital equipment.
Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits, B9s, Tax credits, and Technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell product at point of delivery.
Provide parts proposals to customers upon arrival or based on fleet.
Assist regional management as a liaison between customers and sales representatives, also assist Sales and management with routine and special request projects.
Participate in Employee Development programs including product and application training, business and personal development.
Communicate Administrative activities and work together to grow our business.
Prepare necessary information at the request of the Customer Service Manager and other management team members.
Qualification:
This is an entry level position.
Recent college graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related.
