Job Description:

Responsible to work within the “pre and post” integration process in the Compressor Techniques Service division.

The role is primarily to assist the CTS Division with Pre-integration, during the integration and post integration process for new acquisitions. This whether fully integrated or configured as a parallel organisation.

The role will span functions in CTS sales and Operations and will serve both areas during the course of the process. Often the interaction between CTS sales and operations are inter-dependent from a process point of view, at each stage of the designated timeline.

Ability to collaborate at various levels inter-company

Deep knowledge of CTS business practices and processes

Knowledge of CTS Service contracts requirements, visit strings, and data. Match acquisition service plan data to AC service plan format and verify

Knowledge of CTS tools for both sales and operations, namely: C4C, SAP, COPS

CTS sales quotation processes and parts classifications

Knowledge of the CTS company data requirements and various SAP requirements

Organized, methodical and self-driven to manage various aspects of the project

Job Description:

Local Material Data Management. Managing the data quality of the materials (i.e. products/parts) ensuring the data is maintained to the highest level. This will include the creation and maintenance of Non-Atlas Copco Group materials (local materials) to support the sales team in the sales process.

Competitor Equipment Data Management. Managing the data quality of the non-Atlas Copco Group equipment (competitor equipment). This includes the creation and maintenance of competitor equipment to improve our understanding of competitor equipment in the market.
