Early Careers Specialist – United Kingdom
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Enabling Functions Early Careers strategy ensuring that the functions have the right talent pipelines in place to set them up for success in the future.
Manage the end-to-end processes for the annual programmes, graduates, year in industry and apprentices.
This includes managing attraction, recruitment, and development of all programmes.
Design and implement a truly Global Early Careers programme for the Enabling Functions.
Developing and executing an Early Careers strategy that is relevant for local markets.
Responsible for the data collection, analysis and reporting on program performance. Make sound cases supported by data and evidence to improve and evolve our programs.
Be continuously looking to improve all aspects of the Early Careers role keeping up to date with industry trends and finding innovative ways to improve delivery, efficiency and employee experience.
Job Requirements
Relevant previous experience managing and developing early careers programmes.
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline would be beneficial.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a new or recent college graduate with a BS in Engineering, Industrial Distribution or Business/Marketing with appropriate technical background/skill. Candidates with previous air compressor experience preferred.

Product Engineer – SVD Factored Goods United Kingdom
Job Requirement:
Graduated with an engineering degree in e.g. mechanical / electrical engineering or comparable technical degree.
The factored goods product portfolio covers different technologies; vacuum pumps, pump accessories, gauges, valves, helium leak detector and RGA’s, therefore a good and broad understanding of vacuum products, their technologies and their application must be built up overtime to fulfil the role requirements; hence an inquisitive and self-learning nature will be critical for this role.
Managing your own work schedule and priorities, while working as a part of a small team to deliver and support the factored goods portfolio.
A good understand of product development, testing, reliability and quality assessments, along with manufacturing methods and processes, how to assess their repeatability and robustness, will be an advantage or need to be learned.
Assist suppliers to conduct root cause analysis from a customer application perspective.
Understand, summarize and clearing deliver technical data presentations to both internal and external audiences.

Understand the logic behind The General Rules for the Interpretation (GRI) of the Harmonized System, also known as the General Interpretative Rules (GIR).
Screening of parts for Dual Use regulations
Daily basis reporting to service centres mainly in Belgium, USA & India as well as other customer centres & product companies of Atlas Copco group globally.
Communicate with the global customer on daily basis & resolve the technical queries/issues raised by customs authorities.
Mentor fellow colleagues
Educational requirements:
B. E (Mechanical Eng) graduate: 2-6 years of experience; in relevant field

Able to read & understand engineering drawings, structure of bill of material & supplier’s catalogues.
