Supply Chain Analyst – Philippines

Job Description:

Monitor and record all incoming import shipments from intercompany vendors.

Assist brokers with customs clearance requirements.

Handle legal customs requirements for annual permit and license renewals.

Support FSIA in identifying the availability of incoming shipments for backorders and inform relevant parties, including service jobs.

Communicate with factories via email for price inquiries and delivery lead times.

Verify invoice prices from factories/suppliers.

Prepare and maintain summary lists for all inbound shipments and each broker’s billing, including coding, scanning, and submission for accounting.

Requirements:

Experience handling customs processes and documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Data handling experience (desirable).

Minimum of 12 months business experience (desirable).

Some experience using SAP and/or databases (desirable).

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel (essential).

Project Engineer – CTS Upgrades

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Product Development: Take ownership of new aftermarket products, including upgrade kits to integrate the latest frequency drives and energy-efficient motors.

Product Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring global availability and efficient adoption across different regions.

Project Ownership: Manage the full process from feasibility studies, design, development, and testing to the final implementation of products.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing, as well as external suppliers and global counterparts, particularly in Belgium, to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field

Experience

Job Requirement: 

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components

Experience in compressed air and/or Medical Gas Systems

Experience with Atlas Copco Z and GA compressors is required

Knowledge of Atlas Copco airport software (ie. spci5, modi5)

Knowledge of VSD programming and troubleshooting

Proficiency with computer software applications (Microsoft Office)

Ability and desire to provide a high level of support to customers (both internal and external)

Education

Two-year technical degree or related experience

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
