Project Engineer – AIF -India

Job Description:

Build strong customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations by resolving customer escalations and check for feedback.

Handling complete project & ensuring completion per the contractual deadlines.

Qualification:

Production Engineer – India

Job Responsibilities

Perform error-free assembly of all API 610 pumps in the product range of OH1 to OH5, BB1 to BB5 and VS1 to VS6.

Provide pump assembly & site activity related training to all assembly employees/engineers.

Development of processes and equipment that incorporate the most advanced cost-effective technology for pump assembly, specific machining, measurement, and material handling.

Evaluate and monitor component parts, assemblies, and raw materials by adhering to exceptional quality standards.

Review and ensure projects for components (including electronic), small systems, processes or materials considering customers, product performance, packaging, cost, and quality requirements

Identify, qualify, select, and recommend equipment, process, tools, materials required for assembly.

Conduct hydro test of various pump parts and assemblies.

Conduct dynamic balancing tools & equipment to perform the test as per customer requirements.

Specify, order, and assure proper implementation of new process equipment and tooling

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Can speak, read, and write in English Language

Knowledge and experience of rotating machinery. Basic knowledge of API 610 Centrifugal pumps is essential.

Well conversant with assembly of API 610 centrifugal pumps, API 682 seal and seal system and allied accessories for Pump package, customer and supplier documentation related to product & accessories.

Ability to work with hands and lead a team of workmen.

Knowledge of the SAP system is desirable and shall have added advantage.

Driving sales growth within assigned territory for American Pneumatic Tools.

Primary focus on signing new accounts and increasing sales for handheld tool products and accessories. Targets include and are not limited to new dealers, national rental and independent rental customers, new and existing

Technical Service Representative – US

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support Specialist for Power Generation, Energy Storage, Light Towers and related Power Generator Equipment.

Offer timely technical service support to our customers and internal customer service group via phone, e-mail, etc.

Provide onsite troubleshooting, as needed.

Communicate with factory engineering as well as local vendors to resolve quality issues, and to seek retribution of warrantable issues from both the product companies as well as local vendors.

Develop and provide technical service training for customer center service teams and distributors.

Provide a high level of customer service.
