Manufacturing Engineer – US
The Manufacturing Engineer will enhance capability and continuous improvement within Trillium’s service centers by utilizing lean manufacturing methods. They will develop and standardize shopfloor methods, procedures, and training to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service products. Additionally, the role involves supporting various internal stakeholders, including Operations, Quality, SHE, New Product Introduction, and New Technology Introduction, while ensuring adherence to engineering standards through audits and change control.

You are the first point of contact for Customer Centers/ Customers for RFQ/New project requests.
Analyse requirements of customer and application and translate them into a well thought and designed OFA StandardPlus proposal including costings.
Be able to evaluate customer/end user RFQ requirements and specifications independently and translate the customer needs to our product portfolio.
You estimate together with the team the feasibility of a project in all its facts and internally agree with relevant departments.
To provide technically correct & commercially valid quotations by adhering to company processes.

Maintain detailed overview of current quotations and closely monitor status, maintain project proposal files and applicable records in common server & Project Management System software.
Job Requirement:

Rental Desk Coordinator – Europe
The customer service representatives at our rental desk are the hub between the sales engineers, our customers and the service staff. They provide smooth support, logistical organization, and proper management of the rental contracts in Denmark. You will work in the same office as our other business areas together with your colleagues from service and sales as well as the other Rental desk coordinator.
Job Requirement:
Locate rental machines and plan transports to and from customers and other depots
Manage contracts, invoicing and everything in between
Credit collection in collaboration with sales
Supporting our customers with the necessary documents and information
Mainly work with Denmark but for redundancy purposes also to some extent Norway
Some travel for training purposes will be required, mainly to Belgium where our head office is located.

To ensure Financial reporting with good quality and within defined timeliness as per standard processes published in ‘The Way We Do Things’
Responsibility to support Business Controller in preparation and analysis of reports.
To assist in the implementation of Group standard processes and tools + improve and implement process alignment.
Preparation of Income statement, Balance Sheet & other group reports on monthly basis
Assistance in preparation of Legal Accounts, Tax assessments and audits including Internal, IFC, Tax, TP, Cost & Statutory Audit.
Completion of necessary journals & general ledger reconciliations
To ensure excellent communication with stakeholders and other teams
