Junior Back Office Specialist – Europe
We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to update and maintain information on our customer’s databases and computer systems.
Back Office Specialist responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases as well as maintaining accurate records of information in customer tools. Our ideal candidate has crucial data entry skills, like accuracy with an eye for detail.
Job Description:
Transfer source data from paper formats into the required electronic format
Validate integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
Review data for deficiencies or errors, accurate any incompatibilities
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Qualification:
Very good English – B2 or above
Polish would be an asset
Availability to work full time (shift work)
Responsibility for end to end tasks
Attention to detail
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Fast learner demonstrating dedication to deliver results
Ability to work according to business process
