Analyst/ Associate- Equity Research, Biotech – USA
Job Description:
The ideal candidate possesses a life science background and experience with financial modeling in either sell-side research or healthcare investment banking.
He or she will work alongside the Senior Analyst and Associates in all aspects of the research process, from idea generation to modeling, including but not limited to the following:
Write industry and company reports and company launch initiations
Develop doctor/patient surveys and conduct doctor interviews to understand market dynamics, demand and future projection
Build financial models to quantitatively analyze company valuations
Demonstrate industry knowledge (such as regulatory, pricing) from early stage study to market approval
Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts at covered companies
Seek out new, value-added and/or unusual sources of information
Have ability to monitor news flow and highlight stock-impacting updates when the Senior Analyst is traveling
Interact regularly with sales, trading and external clients and if performance on team is strong enough, take on coverage of individual names over time
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience (Advanced degree in life science discipline is a plus but not required)
Strong writing and financial modeling skills is a must
Ideal candidate would have 1-4 years of experience in biotech in equity research, buy side experience or investment banking experience
Must enjoy following the stock market and doing desktop and field research
Academic background in a life science field and should have basic understanding of economics, macroeconomic factors and policy
Must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task
Must work well in a collaborative team environment

Job Description:
The Risk Process Analyst works closely with teammates in GRA/EIT as well as process owners in the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to obtain an understanding of processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls, and to identify risks to successful execution, so that appropriate testing and monitoring can be developed.

AML Onboarding Analyst – United Kingdom
Job Responsibilities:
You will Ensure that documentation requirements are met, and Anti-Money Laundering checks are performed at the time of client onboarding.
This includes independent verification of information supplied by using external research via the internet, approved sources, and vendors.
You will Review completed documentation when received back from client and if appropriate sign off documentation in compliance with local AML regulations.
You will follow up on all outstanding issues/escalations.
You will provision guidance, advice, and training to other teams within the business on an ad-hoc basis.
You will liaise with business partners in Global Finance Crimes Compliance, Fulfilment, Global Banking and Markets Sales, and Local Compliance Officers across Europe.
Qualification:
You will have knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and Economic Sanctions laws/regulations gained within a corporate environment

Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to credit officers in proactively managing the European hedge fund (‘HF’) client portfolio, from a counterparty credit risk perspective.
Role requires timely attention to daily risk management routines including but not limited to:
Credit limit and collateral management reporting/excesses
Hedge fund escalation threshold breaches (typically key market risk sensitivities)
Risk rating alerts/adverse news in respect of EMEA hedge fund clients

Job Responsibilities:
Interface with Corporate Access team on non-deal roadshow, field trip and conference related items from beginning to end
Interact with sector professionals including research, sales & trading and investment banking across divisions to gain a broader understanding of the corporate community
Build a strong working relationship with salespeople, sales-traders, research analysts, buy-side and sell-side customers, investment banking and capital markets
Work with our CA Team and sales force to ensure our best institutional accounts are given access to management
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism and comfort interfacing with senior people, both internally and with our corporate clients
