Treasury Solutions Analyst – USA
Job Description:
The Treasury Sales Analyst (TSA) will be responsible for supporting portfolio of two Treasury Sales Officers managing and aggressively growing treasury revenue within the Business Banking group. He or she will partner with Relationship Managers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange, product specialists and implementation partners presenting customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.
Focus on growth of new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships by identifying and cross selling our treasury solutions while building a strong
sales pipeline.
Accountable for responsible revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery within the confines of a dedicated client portfolio.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate financial acumen
The TSA must also be motivated to maintain a consistent level of goal achievement and be willing to challenge themselves with performance metrics
Maintain regular client interactions building direct relationships, conducting Treasury Reviews, and proactively identifying new opportunities
Required:
Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skills.
Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities.
A deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.
Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsibly

Market Linked Sales Desk Specialist – USA
Job Description:
Providing Financial Advisors with a high level of service and technical expertise on Market Linked Investments (MLI) and how they can be incorporated into client portfolios where appropriate. Successful candidate will be assigned two coverage territories to support the External/Hybrid Capital Markets Specialists in those territories.
They will be responsible for both a dedicated segment of FAs in those territories and fostering greater adoption of MLIs with those FAs, as well as support their external/hybrid CM Specialists’ coverage efforts.
Remaining current on market trends across all major asset classes (equities, fixed income, etc.…) and being versed in the BofA Global Research and CIO views within those asset classes.
A key skill in order to achieve success in this role will be the ability to communicate tactical and strategic market views and how to express those views across all capital markets products (MLI, derivatives, cash securities, etc.…)
Remaining current on all capital markets products and underlying derivative structures, help create awareness of these solutions and identify opportunities for FAs to engage in discussions with
Capital Markets trading, strategy and origination teams to determine appropriate solutions for client needs.
Lead business critical daily, weekly and monthly tasks necessary to facilitate the launch of the MLI calendar, notification to FAs of maturing MLI’s in their book and maintenance of the primary sales and product internal website
Required:
Series 7 and 66 licenses
Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors
Strong communication and organizational skills (phone skills, virtual presentations and in-person 1×1 and group presentations)
Ability to work well in a fast paced team atmosphere
Bachelor’s degree in related field

Job Description:
Responsible for the professional administration of fiduciary accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures
Responsible for understanding the client’s situation and circumstances, including knowing the clients extended family and younger generation. Develops and deliverers solutions to meet client needs
Possesses technical fiduciary knowledge in the areas of law, tax, fiduciary investing, regulation, compliance as well as estate planning. Successfully works with centers of influence and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partners
As the key associate on specific relationships, works with teammates to deliver our full array of integrated solutions, as appropriate
Promotes the full breadth of our fiduciary platform (fiduciary, tax, special assets, estate settlement, both internally and externally to grow our fiduciary business and actively participates in the sales process.

Qualifications:
2+ years of successful experience in trust administration, servicing and managing fiduciary relationships with high net worth clients (or equivalent)

As part of the Chief Investment Office (CIO) Portfolio Management team, the Quantitative Analyst is responsible for automating and enhancing processes via programming and analytical tools. Working with the team, the Quantitative Analyst will support production of performance and trade analysis, commentary collateral for the CIO’s centrally-managed portfolios, and other ad hoc projects.
