Job Description:
• Resolving incidents and problems impacting the windows desktop service
• Liaising with engineering to ensure future releases are reliable and supportable
• Making remediation activities relating to compliance metrics for desktop protection
• Managing of OS and non-OS patching of Windows devices
• Maintaining of GPOs for Live service domains
• Supporting the Appsense-based Windows Desktop privileged access service
• Having knowledge in Windows desktop and laptop hardware components
• Adhering to global IPC management processes
