PAPE SOE Technical Delivery Coordinator – Canada

Job Description:

Coordinates the efforts between all parties to develop the assurance packages for PAPE SOE to align engineering/ construction deliverables with the assurance gate process

Coordinates activities with the deployed interface lead/ coordinator

Reviews Contractors progress for production of detailing, shop drawings, etc against approved schedules, evaluates changes and recommends corrective action when required.

Monitors the flow of information required from third parties to assure the timely progress of the engineering work/ integration aspects.

Monitoring, tracking and escalating the timely EOR reviews of Contractor Submittals

Monitoring the production of IFC production

Monitoring the timely response of RFI’s, FCD’s and NCRs throughout the project team (contractors and internal IPT)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or Minimum of 5 years’ experience working (including internships) in the rail industry and/or large-scale infrastructure projects; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Demonstrated technical writing, data management, verbal communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

An understanding of rail engineering procedures, principles, and concepts.

Experience working with teams and stakeholders in the development and delivery of large infrastructure projects. Ability to communicate across technical disciplines (engineering, construction, operations, maintenance).
