Job Description:
The Energy GBU is looking for someone to join the Management Information team for a recent graduate as a Project Controls MI Analyst. The position reports to the MI Manager and is responsible for aggregating and analyzing GBU data.
Job Responsibilities:
Quarterly forecasting update including GBU overhead and New Work Booked prospects
Work with responsible manager to update annual forecasts
Prepare wage rate analysis for each of our primary execution offices
Staffing forecasts for each of the execution offices
Analysis and report out on the state of the business
Support Business Development proposal efforts request for historical data
Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel and ability to create and use complex spreadsheets
Analytical skills to interpret plan vs forecast vs actual data and recommend adjustments to the stakeholders
Skilled in oral and written communications
Strong abilities in multi-tasking and prioritization of daily work
Preferred Skills:
Moderate to advanced skill in Power BI
