Associate/Sr. Associate – Credit Analyst Agency Arrangement – India
Job Description:
·The credit analyst is responsible for completing credit analyses on a portfolio of Principals under agency arrangements to facilitate informed credit decisions.
Collect credit requests from Business lines, as well as former credit decisions if any
Create a request in the Credit Process Administration tool
Collect documentation, data points related to the principals to analyze
Run the rating policy associated to the principal of consideration
Produce and format reports for limits & exposure monitoring and other regular or Ad Hoc reports
Report requested limits and recommend limits as per policies
Check Delegation Levels and type of analysis needed for all counterparties
Prepare, compile and circulate books and committee packs
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Financial Markets or other relevant areas
Languages: English (fluent)
·Additional Asian language would be welcomed
·Strong and proven analytical skills

Job Description:
Analyze the requirements from Business Line or Finance depending on the nature of the project
Organize and manage meetings/workshops with stakeholders within Finance project team,
Business Lines, IT, Finance end users to design the functional solution of the project respecting methodology and standards
Document the functional specifications of the solution to be set up by other teams such as operating systems IT, Finance IT
Define and parametrize accounting and reporting rules, according to the standards in terms of norms and systems
Define the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project
Carry out all accounting and reporting tests of the project
Ensure an aftercare support for Finance end users after delivery of the solution

London – Long Term Internship 2024 – FIC ICAT Banks
Job Description:
· Responsible for completing credit analysis on a portfolio of Banks and Financial Institutions to facilitate informed credit decisions.
· Develop an in-depth understanding of the counterparties/groups under his/her responsibility and develop market intelligence by investigating all available sources of credit and financial information.
· Monitor permanently the portfolio under his/her responsibility, developing market knowledge, anticipating risk to detect any credit issue requiring a specific review.
· Assist in conducting annual and interim reviews.
· Produce in due time and present in Credit Committee a factual summary of client’s credit worthiness (credit proposal), compliant with the Bank’s guidelines.
· The credit proposal includes a recommendation on the ratings, the limits, the legal credit terms and the risk strategy vis-a-vis the client.
· Perform credit analysis and when trained, issue recommendations for delegation holders (Credit Officers, Senior Credit Officers) on the counterparties/groups.
· May take turns in the flow transaction deal duty.
· Develop a good knowledge of the banking environment: capital market products, legal documentations, accounting and regulatory environments.
· Contribute to due diligences in collaboration with Bankers, Credit officers and SCOs
· Contribute to portfolio reviews when required
· Keep abreast of the changing methodologies and credit policies
The Intern
· Will be trained on the job and is expected to get up to speed quickly on all policies and procedures.
· Will assist with many less complex requests as delegated by team mates.
· Will cover a number of contribution files for larger global annual reviews.
· Is expected to be proactive in all aspects of the job.
