Job Description:

This position includes responsibility for all tasks associated with the accurate and timely processing of invoices/transactions as per the individual client instructions.

The role requires effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

This position includes strong analytical skills to analyze every invoice/transactions through all possible processing criteria’s.

This position requires the incumbent to be flexible to work in 24/7 environment and may have to stretch beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines/ complete urgent work etc.

The role incorporates accurate processing of the invoices/transactions to make sure that no over paying or under paying takes place.

The role requires prioritization of work according to client expectations.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree required

Fresher or 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Should have a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.

Proficiency to read & understand the complex alpha numeric data, look-up for the acceptable customer using the appropriate search criteria’s and post the check amounts to the correct customer account numbers.

Job Description:

Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients.

Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings. Provides status updates on progress of data collection.

Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes. Updates tax forms and information return layouts.

Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.

Tracks data needed for tax calculations. Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members.

Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. No direct reports.

Qualification:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferred.

Two to three (2-3) years of total work experience is preferred.
