Job Description:
Processes updates to shareholder accounts.
Provides basic technical assistance to shareholders and assists in responding to straightforward inquiries.
Corrects straightforward errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree preferred.
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I – United States
Job Description:
Provides assistance in monitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios. Fields questions about reporting systems and reports that are used and generated by clients.
Conducts research on industry trends to understand key issues.
Collects and analyzes data from client portfolios to monitor performance to provide clients with information required to make decisions regarding risk management, portfolio allocation, and performance as related to their peers.
Develops technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Very Customer Focused: Direct Contact with clients for troubleshooting, correcting errors/exceptions and inquiries
Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
Meet all Service Level Agreements for daily deliverables. To successfully ensure all tasks and assigned projects deliverables are met.
Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi and Annual Metric, Business and Management reporting.

Qualification:

Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst II – India
Job Description:
Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.
Monitors real time transactional data from Accounting applications through the Information
Delivery architecture for exceptions.
Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.

Associate, Credit Services II – India
Job Description:
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pune – HYBRID.
· Accountable for rating the counterparties and providing credit limits for all the Intraday portfolio’s along with assisting the team members with their queries.
· Monitor Trading limits & exposure of obligors to ensure that credit risk levels are within the firm’s risk tolerance level.
· Interface with Lenders on client onboarding and 2 LOD reviewers/approvers for resolution of issues. Ability to interpret Underwriting documents.
· Accountable for providing training to team members as and when needed and responsible for preparing risk reports.
· Should have team management skills in absence of managers.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
· 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
