Job Description:

Help Clients on both the buy-side and sell-side to segregate, optimize, finance and ‘transform’ collateral in support of their financial strategies.

Determines the best set-up for client accounts, and articulates the level of documentation required, regulations, complexities in the market and market expectations.

Controls the opening of new accounts once due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed, reviewing the supporting Account Opening Checklist for accuracy, and conducting necessary Client training, where applicable

Provides project management for onboarding activities including planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation. Communicates progress to team, escalating potential issues or delays.

Responsible for overall success of less complex or small onboarding activities, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
