Entry Level Technical Illustrator – India
Job Description:
• Work independently to analyze and interpret source data.
• Work independently to translate source data into illustrations.
• Adhere to established styles and procedures.
• Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of source data to understand the impact it should have on the product.
• Meet and sustain minimum performance (production/quality) standards.
• Recognize non-conformities in product and make recommendations for corrections.
• Meet assigned production schedules and deadlines.
• Work with other functional groups.
• Use analytical skills to determine solutions and resolve problems.
• Take an inquiry from the customer, research the problem, and compose an answer.
• Review product for the purpose of verifying compliance to applicable procedures and specifications.
• Compare product to incoming source data for the purpose of verifying technical accuracy.
• Assist in the development of methods and procedures of formatting and drawing sub-assemblies and components in disassembly order.
• Understand and effectively communicate ISO processes to Company, customer, and ISO auditors
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of experience as illustrator in Technical publications (Aerospace Preferred)
• Proficient in use of Illustration tools (AutoCAD Preferred)

Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Develops and uses process analysis and measurement techniques to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resources.
Presents performance data and recommendations to management for resource allocation decisions.
Analyzes the impact of process changes to assure accuracy of budget projections.
Manages use of approved processes and coordinates integration of changes to processes.
Develops and applies labor standards to production orders.
Develops shop floor layouts.
Coordinates with affected organizations to ensure resource availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
1 year of relative work experience
Preferred:
3 year of relative work experience
3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Entry-Level Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Design Test Instrumentation Systems and Software Architecture to achieve test requirements
Identifies required products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes / technologies to achieve a successful test
Designs, develops, and documents instrumentation systems
Generates electrical and mechanical schematics using commercial drawing tools and other common design software
Supports coordination, on aircraft or in lab, system design, fabrication, integration, modification, setup, checkout, and teardown
Supports Interpretation of test requirements and determines test instrumentation methodology
Integrates test hardware, software, and systems to fulfill all test requirements
Troubleshoots and resolves instrumentation system, transducer, and test-related problems
Analyzes, reviews, and validates test data to ensure test instrumentation hardware readiness
Supports Conducting research in test instrumentation technologies to improve test efficiency and capability
Works with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement test engineering solutions
Performs functions as required to ensure instrumentation system readiness and data validity
Self-starter that works under different levels of supervision
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
1+ years of experience with instrumentation design and/or instrumentation operations and maintenance
Experience with data acquisition system attributes (e.g. range, accuracy, frequency responses, accuracy) to define characteristics of measurements to be recorded
Experience directly supporting flight/lab test operations
Experience with precision test, measurement devices, and sensor selection

Production Asset Engineer- 767/Tanker (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Supports the evaluation of program and project requirements, develops moderately complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System.
Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design and rate estimates for equipment and tooling.
Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for productions readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares.
Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel.
Develops and implements moderately complex work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation.
Supports studies for disposition of assets
Qualifications :
Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (ABET is a preferred, although not required, accreditation standard)
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an engineering discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience with production systems in a manufacturing or engineering capacity

Flight Test Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity
Leads the development of test procedures
Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures
Designs calibration system/test fixtures
Develops data processing tools and algorithms
Generates calibration procedures and software
Guides others in the design of test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements
Oversees debriefing of the test team
Leads the analysis, processing and formatting of data to customer requirements
Approves test data prior to delivery to customer
Formulates expectations for test data based on historical data
Performs functions as required to ensure calibration system readiness and data validity
Qualifications:
