Mission Systems Analysis Engineer (Associate or Experienced)
As an analysis engineer you will be responsible for performing design analysis, algorithm development, as well as analyzing test data to prove system performance. Your work will define how the performance of Mission Systems integrated sensors, communication, and weapons meet the operational needs of our warfighter.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform system analysis and algorithm development
Analyze data captured during test
Develop analysis tools to analyze data from test
Perform Algorithm development and verification
Define requirements and verification for capabilities
Work with customers to develop and document requirements for system design
Analyze and translate customer requirements into system, hardware and software designs
Define software requirements, behaviors, and interfaces. Define logical and software interfaces to ensure compatibility with the platform architecture and ensure proper interoperability with other subsystems
Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for hardware, software, and performance model development. Utilizes MBSE for requirements development, interfaces definition, and traceability
Tests and validates System functionality and performance to ensure designs meet operational and functional requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
(Level 2) 2+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or work related engineering experience with a Master’s

Ground Systems C2 Analysis, Integration, and Test Engineer (Associate or Experienced)
The selected candidate will assist with the development, analysis, integration and test of engineering solutions and practices for key Ground System capabilities including, but not limited to:

Embedded Software Engineer (Associate / Mid-level)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assists with designs, develops, tests, debugs and maintains software that is integrated into embedded devices and systems and meets industry, customer, safety and regulation standards.
• Assists with reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into the design of software products for embedded devices and systems.
• Develop code for embedded systems software to run on specific specialized hardware.

Job Description:
Coordination and performance of program’s Engineering Document Configuration Management and Release.
Define, document, and interpret product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.
Develop, document, and implement plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and maintain configuration control.
Track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

Human Resources Coordinator – Australia
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team on a Full Time,12 month contract. This role is based at our Port Melbourne facility and is 100% onsite.
As a HR Operations Coordinator you will work in partnership with the business to front-line support, whilst working as part of a collaborative team on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Create documentation for all HR lifecycle events (contracts, letters, policies)
Develop and maintain general HR processes, updating standard work for continuous improvement, productivity and legal changes
Creates ad hoc reports and provides data to support trend analysis and HR metrics
Prepares presentation materials, assists with training workshops and facilitates team meetings
Support key projects across the HR lifecycle
Provide adhoc admin support to the HR team
Basic Qualifications:

Associate Field Service Representative – India
Job Responsibilities:
Apply health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) best practices in all operational work.
Launch, pilot, recover, service, troubleshoot and repair Wave Gliders and related instruments and sensors.
Be recognized as Wave Glider technology champion, with exemplary knowledge of current and historical configurations, operations, troubleshooting, and repair based on the bench or in the field.
Direct and supervise crew and technicians in a leadership capacity during local and remote field operations, often in a “Deck Boss” capacity.
Plan, execute and report on field operation activities. This includes coordinating all aspects of field operations including vessels of opportunity, facilities and logistics in remote locations.
Architect, perform and report on the ocean testing of Wave Glider systems and related sensors.
Exhibit competence in reading and interpreting schematics and engineering control documentation to core functional level. The role frequently interfaces at the component level.
Escalation point of external and internal customer contacts that demonstrates competence knowledge and confidence in the ability of the systems to perform their task.
Train others to operate and maintain Wave Gliders and related instruments and sensors.
Support hardware maintenance activities as needed for surge depot repair situations.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
Good amount of experience working in The Indian Navy
Significant experience in maritime operations including deck operations while at-sea, equipment service, launch and recovery
Highly technical background and proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems.
Experience with bench and field servicing of pressure vessels, waterproof connectors, oceanographic equipment, instruments and sensors.
Working knowledge of AC/DC power systems, computer programming (e.g. LINUX), terminals & networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to operate as a leader and a team player.
