Application Support Analyst – India
We are looking for a highly motivated Application Support Analyst to join Tesla’s Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with business users, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise level systems.
Job Description:
Understand and own the end-to-end integration of Tesla’s Software Application systems
Work directly with software developers and business users to understand issues and provide solutions in real-time
Work through tickets received from business users of globally distributed locations
Create workarounds for issues that require immediate solutions if a permanent one is not immediately available, and document troubleshooting guides
Setup automation and monitoring process to optimize utilization of Software Application systems
Work as an incident commander of production critical calls that require coordination between cross-functional teams
Qualification:
Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
+2 years of support engineering experience working in a globally distributed enterprise level systems
+2 years of working knowledge of SQL and relational database management system
+1 years of experience with Python, Go or other software development language
+1 years of experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
+1 years of experience with Incident management and Defect management ticketing tools
Must be able to understand integrated systems, API concepts and their dependencies
Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter
Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Individual must be well versed in all Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Business Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Daily execution and coordination of all operational aspects of vehicle orders and deliveries, including new orders, backlog management, sales order delivery, and revenue recognition.
Responds to general order-related inquiries from different departments throughout the organization
Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to continue to develop and streamline the sales pipeline management
Ensures quality of data in the different systems like SMP, Warp, AX, TMS, collections, etc.
Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions
Assist with special projects and data analysis as needed

· Deliver highest level of customer support by answering inbound calls and emails, on technical support and roadside assistance related enquiry in a 7*24*365 environment

Qualification:
· Min. 2 years Technical Support/ call center experience in automotive industry is preferable

Delivery Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the delivery center
Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.
Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion
Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.
Record information and ensure data quality in our systems
Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep
Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values

Qualification:

Service Technician
Job Description:
· Performs entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
· Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
· Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
· Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
· Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
· Order shop supplies and parts as and when needed
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Help maintain cleanliness of vehicles and service center
· Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
· Support journeymen technicians as needed
· Support sale events when required
Qualification:
· Methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules
· Operation and maintenance of a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment
· Automotive equipment and servicing methods
· Experience using scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes/DVOM equipment
· Chemicals and lubricants used in automotive servicing
· Degree or Certificate from a Technical school / University program in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience
· 1-3 yrs experience in a dealership environment, 3-5 years in the automotive industry
· Factory Trained Status / OEM Training, Hybrid Experience a plus
· Certification to repair A/C systems and handle refrigerant desired
· Valid driver’s license and insurance required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
· Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
