The individual will contribute to the growth and expansion of Capgemini America’s supplier diversity program through reporting and communication support, as well as ongoing strategy implementation .
SUPPLIER DIVERSITY ANALYST – EUROPE
Job Description:
-Analyze diverse supplier spend data across the North America Region
-Satisfy diverse spend reporting obligations to numerous clients on a quarterly basis
-Assist with ad-hoc queries regarding diverse supplier spend and the supplier diversity program as a whole
-Maintain an up-to-date database of empaneled vendor diversity certifications
-Contribute supplier diversity program information to RFx on behalf of Procurement
-Communicate ongoing Capgemini America Supplier Diversity initiatives both internally and externally to keep key stakeholders informed and demonstrate Capgemini America’s commitment to supplier diversity
-Network with certified diverse vendors alongside Supplier Diversity Manager to seek out potential engagements
-Support and foster ongoing diverse supplier partnerships
-Engage in external supplier diversity initiatives
-Identify and implement improvements in processes, tools, and documentation
-Contribute to the strategic direction of Capgemini America’s supplier diversity program and Group Procurement as a whole
Qualification
-Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (i.e., business administration, management, data analytics, communications, international business, public relations, supply chain management, etc.)
-Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., using Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint)
-Demonstrated strong ability for written and verbal communications

-Highly motivated towards advancing supplier diversity initiatives
-Ability to work effectively both as an individual and in team settings
-Extremely organized and capable of adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
