UK Learning & Development Business Partner (Entry level / early career)
This would be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career to build their experience within learning & development/HR.
Job Description:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their business problems and translate these to learning needs
Project manage the successful delivery of learning programmes
Develop and engage a thriving facilitator and SME network
Manage the regional learning calendar
Drive Digital Age Learning culture
Collaborate with local HR teams and global L&D teams to drive strategic agendas
Qualification:
Experience of or interest in working across a diverse range of demographics and cultures
A passion for people development
Prior HR/L&D experience desirable but not essential
