Graduate Insights & Data Consultant – UK, Europe
Working with clients from both the private and public sectors, you will gain an overarching view of software development and business analysis as you harness clients’ corporate and external data and help them understand why they should change, and how they should go about achieving this
You’ll turn your hand to a variety of challenges in the areas of big data, insights and analytics before deciding on which specialism you are best suited to
You’ll acquire data, help organisations to use it and analyse it on their behalf – turning it into valuable information, which informs business decisions
You’ll take on creative visualisation projects, creating dashboards and reports that will ultimately influence senior management decisions
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree and a real passion for IT and technology OR a technical degree with a keen interest in IT with capacity to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
A basic understanding of SQL, with an understanding of Python, GIT, Docker, Big data, statistical analysis. Cloud technologies or databases would be advantageous but not essential

GRADUATE PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER (INSIGHTS AND DATA)
We are seeking a graduate to join the Capgemini Insights & Data Engagement Management Team and welcome applications from graduates with a degree qualification in project management, computer science or similar related field.
The successful candidate will be expected to assist the engagement management team in the delivery of a varied and diverse portfolio of client projects.
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience of providing information and advice; both 1:1 and in groups.
Be able to organised your own work successfully to deliver what’s expected
Be excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas and think up fresh ways of tackling problems
Consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and be able to document them
Have the ability to deal with sensitive and contentious issues and ensure these are handled in a professional manner
Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for project related queries.
