Asset Team coordinator – Hardware Asset Management
Job Description:
1 Ensure smooth and seamless backend support with respect to Assets LifeCycle Management
2 To complete physical verification once in a year Generate variance report based on the physically verified data with respect to FAR and ITICS Database
3 Ensure inventory of all the assets with User details for all the assets that are allocated are updated in ITSM tool on regular basis
4 Projection and forecast to be given on a month on month basis for procurement and adequate stock details considering new joinees for the month and exits
5 Ensure Laptop and Desktop allocation is done within the SLA and requisite stock levels is maintained at any given point in time
6 Ensure Desktop Surrender request are fulfilled and data is uploaded in the tool and reflects in correct stock levels
7 Arrange and Participate in Vendor Service Meetings highlight and track issues till closure
8 Ensure new material Delivery is inspected before they are taken over Entry of newly procured assets should not be delayed for more than 2 working days to be entered in to the system and asset codes generated and pasted on the assets
9 Recovery of Temp assets is tracked and assets are recovered in a timely fashion
10 Managing Exit Clearance end to end for ITICS by coordinating with various internal teams
11 Ensure all mails and queries w r t to Assets are replied with and tasks are tracked till closure
12 Participate in Audits and ensure 100 percent compliance to Audit Norms and processes defined by the organization
13 Ensure the accuracy in AMDB is 100 percent for all the transactions executed
14 Participate in the Asset Management initiatives at local and Pan India level
15 Ensure proper store management process are followed and assets are stored in a convenient way to enable quick identification and support Disposal activities
