Technical Analyst – Telecom Background
Job Description:
Technical Analyst role is with the Service Activation Team in charter. This team is responsible for developing application that are used for provisioning and activation voice , internet and video services for customer. Charter is currently consolidating its back end platform (Service Delivery Platform ) for Small and Medium business and requires a technical analyst to be able to define the technical requirement for one of its application Provisioning Adapter. The application is responsible for transforming orders from various legacy billers to a common provision order specification.
Skills required:
Splunk : Analyze logs in Prod and Tests
SQL: Write DB queries to extract payloads and analyze
Telcom knowledge in the order management domain is a plus.
Good communication skills
Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.
You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language.
Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.
Bachelors Degree.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting
Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
