Should posses leadership quality and time management skills
Resolution of Service Desk Tickets.
Communicate status and resolution to customers.
Determine the source of the issue, reason(s) for the problem and complexity of the resolution.
Recreate scenarios in test environments, troubleshoots system failures, and works with technical staff and vendors to determine root cause and resolution.
Develop adhoc queries and reports based on the needs of the business.
