Analyst- Admin Services
Job Description:
• Blacklining or document compare in Microsoft Word
• Create Business material such as Name tags, tent cards, labels, business card orders
• Update business cards and distribution lists in outlook
• Creating and managing contacts, accounts, lists, opportunities, and events in CRM
• File repository management (saving files to network)
• Create surveys and publish results
• WIP status reports, A/R reports, bulk corrections to time entries
• Expense processing in Concur
• Drafting invoices from PDF/Excel
• Pulling recurring WIP and time reports
• Working on typing requests and excel reporting
• Provide online research support
• Travel and accommodation support to Partners and Senior Managers
• Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer or hospitality services
• Good listening skills and comprehension skills to meet client’s expectations
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, meet stringent deadlines
• Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as customer expectations for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate work with other national and local teams virtually and in person
• Knowledge on MS office tools, especially in excel and word
• Superior customer service experience is essential and exposure to interacting with International clients and vendors
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
Preferred:
• Knowledge of International address pattern, places, international phone number codes and geographical knowledge of Canadian cities
• Has working experience with International travel agencies or vendors
• Ability to check currency conversion rates specially for predated invoices
• Working knowledge in Excel using pivots, conditional formatting, data validation, advanced and custom filters, formulae like vlookup and hlookup, creating and recording macros
• Cognitive ability to search through and match a particular contact/account in CRM and take a decision whether to create a new contact/account or to edit an existing one to avoid duplication
