Engineer Position:

Starting your career, you will work in one of our many production facilities located in communities across the United States. There, you will lead production or maintenance employees, project teams, contractors or technical operations teams executing on critical initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, production environment. Although business processes vary, the design of the Engineer role is to provide appropriate exposure to the people management and technical aspects of engineering.

Qualifications:

Business Systems Analyst – Metals = Singapore

Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate with all levels of the organization and develop strong operational relationships with the business unit functional users, internal IT rapid application developers, IT operations support, and IT vendors.

Support the implementation of core application enhancements and process deployments, and develop small-scale short-term applications and proofs-of-concepts surrounding other core business applications to enable business capabilities within a process or assigned segment pertaining to various BAU systems used by Cargill Metals.

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, validating system configurations and ensure core business application related processes meet business needs.

Partner with technical teams to ensure the design, build and delivery of all in scope business processes to enable business capabilities.

Support the execution of the change plan and promote system related process changes in Cargill Metals with collaboration from the change, communication and education team.

Assist with project or process leads to help define deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures.

Collaborate with the process implementation and data teammates to deliver desired business results across a single process or segment.

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate seniors.

Maintenance and Reliability Engineer – India

Job Description:

The Maintenance and Reliability Engineer will plan basic routine maintenance on our plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines.

In this role, you will develop detailed job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package.

You will provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing basic tasks and providing quality work that supports organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in plant maintenance.

Minimum of 2 year’s experience Reliability Maintenance

Have exposure working in Food Processing, Chemicals & FMCG Industries, Candidate with exposure

Reliability Engineer – India

Job Description:

The Reliability Engineer, will perform routine activities to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects.

In this role, you will use your knowledge to fulfill reliability engineering strategies.

Provide support in the implementation of reliability excellence activities, identifying and prioritizing reliability engineering value creation opportunities.

Help with the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance program and technology in alignment with the area procedures.

Assist in technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.

Support the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.

Prioritize, plan and scope for maintenance activities and work orders.

Collaborate with maintenance repairs and production, in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.

Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
