Job Description:
University Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical & Control Engineering)
Preferably some operational experience (i.e. Student Placement) – up to 2/3 years work experience
Fluent in English (verbal & written) with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of related IT systems (e.g. DCS systems)
Demonstrated natural leadership ability
Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently
Teamwork; ability to work in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team with a global mindset
Fast learning and self-development: curiosity to learn
High energy levels. Action oriented. Willingness to take responsibility, accountability and initiative
Able to proactively identify and resolve problems
Proven experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
Creativity and innovative approach in building and/or improving systems and processes
Development and implementation of the Electrical part for new CAPEX projects through assisting with feasibility studies, ‘as is’ assessment and functional requirements
Improve Maintenance & Reliability and execute functional improvements through the implementation of best practices and execute changes according to documented management of change process
Manage and maintain operational level of the installed base through technical support for troubleshooting, predictive and preventative maintenance and call out support
Close collaboration with Plant IT/Automation organization
