Job Description:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, developers, and tenants ensuring client care programs are implemented
Generating leads by cold calling potential clients, networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries.
Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect

Qualification:

Preparing financial models providing detailed financial analysis across all sectors of the real estate market including both development and investment assets
Preparing market leading collateral and financing memorandums

Ideal candidate for the role will have between 1-3 years commercial property experience and would like to further their career with a progressive and market leading commercial property company
Qualified member of the SCSI or working towards completion of APC and becoming chartered
