As we are only able to take in a handful of candidates each year, we have to be stringent in the selection process. We are happy to share some of the qualities usually look for, to help you convince us that you should be one of the selected few for the 2023 cohort:
Completed or will complete undergraduate studies in 2022 or 2023, with the major preferably in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or Business-related studies.
Highly motivated with a strong interest to develop a career in the real estate industry
Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and presentation)
Strategic thinker and practical problem solver
Team player, flexible, adaptable, and resourceful
Sensitive to, and appreciative of, difference and diversity
Singapore resident or possess a valid working visa in Singapore
