Job Responsibilities:
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
Problem solving skills across multiple technologies, including cloud, server, client, UI, UX, Machine Learning
Software Development across multiple operating systems, environments and platforms
Coding skills in some or all of Java/Python/C++
Object Oriented Design methodologies and Software Design principles
Strong emphasis on Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and Automated Testing
Strong teamwork and communication skills, in a highly collaborative environment
Participate fully in Agile and Scrum Software Development
Demonstration practical application of these attributes via project or intern work
Qualification:
B.Sc. / B.Eng / M.Sc / M.Eng or equivalent qualifications in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Software Development, Computer Networking, Electronics or other equivalent disciplines with an emphasis on Software Design practices.
Eligibility:

RPA Software Engineer (Graduate) – Europe
We are looking for a graduate to join us to become a Software Engineer at an exciting and transformational time. This role provides opportunities to work with the latest evolution of Cisco’s supply chain to Cloud solutions as part of a new team in Portugal. Within a small, global agile team:
Be a critical part of the development team by implementing and automating business critical and complex software applications
Apply software engineering best practices along with a continuous delivery and continuous integration (CI/CD) first mindset in a scrum team
Maintain and expand knowledge and skills of current and emerging technologies to improve existing Cisco Supply Chain applications
Present, share and demonstrate your work to team members and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and problem solving, ideally with solid academic foundations in software engineering disciplines, working towards or having earned a bachelor’s degree (or higher). Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
Desirable:
Hands-on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge e.g.: UiPath, Selenium, Power Apps;
Programming language experience e.g: Angular, HTML, JavaScript and CSS;
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
Understanding of workflow-based logic;
Knowledge of deployment and maintenance of applications in a staging/production environment, supported by automated CI/CD pipelines. This includes working with common source code control tools such as Git, Jenkins and Bitbucket;
Familiarity with Web Services, JSON and Cloud ERP e.g: Oracle Cloud ERP;
Understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies;
