Technical Systems Engineer | 1-4 years – India
As a Technical Systems Engineer, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing the development, testing, and production environments by providing operational support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the availability and performance of systems.
Application and System Support:
Assist with the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in development, staging, and production environments.
Support the deployment pipeline, ensuring smooth automation and application deployments.
Work with the DevOps team to ensure that applications and services are highly available, stable, and performant.
Incident Management:
Monitor production systems for issues or outages and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
Collaborate with senior engineers and developers to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve incidents quickly.
Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures in knowledge bases or incident reports.
Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams
Assist in the collaboration between development and operations teams to improve software delivery processes and ensure efficient production systems.
Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings, learning from senior team members and contributing to ongoing work.
Automation Support:
Help implement, monitor, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Work with automation tools such as Jenkins, Github, SonarQube, Artifactory etc
Qualifications:

BE, ME, MCA or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Project Specialist | 1-3 years India
We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking Supply chain specialist to join our team and have the opportunity to work with Product teams, Manufacturing partners, Hardware Engineering team and Global supply management team.
To work cross-functionally to ensure the development and deployment of a supply chain strategy that meets the NPI/Sustenance project’s quality, cost and delivery requirements.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Understanding all elements of product cost including SW; validates supplier quotes and forward costing; able to articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities.
Strong global program/project management background, including engagement with multiple geographic theaters.
Understanding supply chain from sourcing to costing (identify accurate vendors, identify risk, lifecycle, licensing schemes) to influence supplier selection for NPI

Knowledge of NPI methodologies to support NPI programs
Preferred Qualifications:
